One of our new players, who’s probably about 6’4 and absolutely terrifying looking on the pitch (he’s a keeper. In all senses of the word.) stopped us between learning how to tackle and scrimmaging and just announced, “Before we start, can I just say, I love you all.”
Another new player has told us that this is the first group of people he’s found at university who he feels that he fits in with.
